The OI-1010 is a touch-screen interface that allows the user to monitor Modbus (via RS-485) communications in conjunction with the OI-7010 monitor. The user can view real-time trending graphs, as well as historical graphs that show data from the past 24-hour period. There is also the option to view real-time data for each channel, which includes the: Reading, WireFree Address, Mode, Battery Level, and TSLM (Time Since Last Message). The last four options are only available when used with WireFree units.

When using a wired sensor, the software will only show the reading of the sensor. All other fields will not apply.

The OI-1010 also continuously logs the information received from the monitor to an SD card plugged into the unit. Each data sample is saved in its own folder on the SD card and creates a new datalog file for each day. The SD card holds up to 2 months of information for each data sample. To view the information on a PC, the datalog files must be converted using the software provided (Easy Converter). This software will convert the data to an .xls (Microsoft Excel) file within the same folder on the SD card, and can be graphed using Microsoft Excel or other applicable spreadsheet software.
