Otis Instruments Turns 25!
Founded in Houston, TX by Wayne Carroll, upon inventing the H2S gas detection sensor, Otis Instruments emerged in August of 1983 as an industry-changing force. Perhaps even more remarkable than time's test alone, though, is seeing how Carroll has guided the company—remaining adhered to the initial initiative of innovation and quality.
While we're all aware that "they grow up fast," it's hard to believe—especially for Carroll—that Otis Instruments is already celebrating a major milestone that marks the company's years of success at producing quality products for the Oil & Gas industry. Reaching a quarter-century, though, is surely a benchmark that signifies such. Still thriving as a leader in gas detection, it is indeed time to wish Otis Instruments a Happy 25th Birthday....and many more!
